Ajim joined First Tracks Bio in April 2026 with more than 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry spanning operations, investment management and investment banking.
Introduction
Prior to joining First Tracks Bio, he was CFO at Monte Rosa Therapeutics, ADARx Pharmaceuticals, Arbor Biotechnologies and Rodin Therapeutics, where he led large-scale public and private financings, transformative strategic partnerships and M&A. Previously, Ajim was a global healthcare asset manager as a Founding Partner at Endurant Capital Management and at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Ajim’s earlier experience includes being a Senior Biotechnology Equity Research Analyst with Lehman Brothers. Ajim received his MS in Molecular Biology and BS in Biomedical Science/Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania (SEAS/Wharton) and is a CFA® charterholder.
