On the trail, together

Committed to develop transformative medicines for people living with serious autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Our values keep us grounded in what matters most: listening to patients, learning from their lived experiences and ensuring their voices guide our science and path forward. We believe innovation only has real impact when it addresses the actual needs of patients, caregivers and families.

We are deeply grateful to the patient communities who share their stories, time and trust. Every track we make, we make together.

Drug development

We bring patient voices into our development process early and continuously. Patient insights shape our research priorities, guide study design decisions and shape how we define and measure outcomes that truly matter.

Clinical trial participation

Clinical trials are essential to bringing new therapies to patients. We actively incorporate patient and community input into trial design – helping to shape protocols, reduce participant burden and ensure studies reflect real-world needs and experiences. We conduct every study with care, rigor, and deep respect for the individuals who make this research possible. To inquire about participating in clinical trials, contact clinicaltrialinfo@firsttracksbio.com

We proudly collaborate with organizations whose wisdom, experience and dedication strengthen our work and support patients worldwide.
