Introduction
Nicole brings nearly 20 years of legal experience across biopharmaceutical, medical technology and data and technology companies. Prior to joining First Tracks Bio, she was vice president and assistant general counsel at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she served as the senior legal executive for RayzeBio, BMS’s standalone radiopharmaceutical subsidiary. Previously, Nicole was vice president, global legal and corporate secretary at iRhythm Technologies and vice president, general counsel, North America and corporate secretary at Dexcom. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate and securities law at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth and held legal roles at Terumo Neuro and Experian North America.
She earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
