Beth Mueller joined AnaptysBio, now First Tracks Bio, in October 2019 with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of human resources, including organizational development, talent acquisition, and compensation in the biotechnology industry.
Introduction
Prior to AnaptysBio, now First Tracks Bio, she led human resources functions at Dendreon and Avanir, and held positions of increasing responsibility at Allergan, Takeda and TAP Pharmaceuticals. Beth earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, BBA in Human Resources and her Master’s degree in Organizational Development (Summa Cum Laude), from the University of Arizona.
