Innovation creates impact only when it reaches people — and many of the communities that need support are right here in our own backyard.
As we advance health globally, we also seek to strengthen the San Diego community we call home. We contribute funding and volunteer hours to Life Science Cares San Diego, helping local nonprofits carve a trail toward greater opportunity, equity and support for our neighbors.

We also extend our commitment to impact to the environment. We work to minimize our footprint and embed sustainability into our daily operations. Since 2019, our participation in the RightCycle™ Program has diverted roughly 1.6 tons of waste from San Diego landfills — a small but meaningful step toward a cleaner, more resilient future.
For us, community isn’t an obligation. It represents another place where action becomes impact.
