On the trail, together

Committed to develop transformative medicines for people living with serious autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Our values keep us grounded in what matters most: listening to patients, learning from their lived experiences and ensuring their voices guide our science and path forward. We believe innovation only has real impact when it addresses the actual needs of patients, caregivers and families.

We are deeply grateful to the patient communities who share their stories, time and trust. Every track we make, we make together.

We strive to:

How we work with patients and communities

Drug development

We bring patient voices into our development process early and continuously. Patient insights shape our research priorities, guide study design decisions and shape how we define and measure outcomes that truly matter.

Community support

We partner with patient organizations that share our vision and commitment to improving the lives of people with inflammatory diseases. Together, we work to improve the patient experience today while building a better future for tomorrow.

Clinical trial participation

Clinical trials are essential to bringing new therapies to patients. We actively incorporate patient and community input into trial design – helping to shape protocols, reduce participant burden and ensure studies reflect real-world needs and experiences. We conduct every study with care, rigor, and deep respect for the individuals who make this research possible. Access to Our Investigational Medicines

First Tracks Bio is committed to developing transformative medicines for people living with serious autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Participation in clinical trials is the preferred way to access our investigational therapies and we encourage patients to speak with their healthcare providers about available clinical trials. For more information about our clinical trials, please visit the pipeline page on our website.

Currently, First Tracks Bio does not offer expanded access to its investigational therapies.

This decision is based on the current development state of, and available data about, our investigational antibodies and the need to ensure sufficient clinical data, protect the integrity of our clinical trials and manage limited drug supply.

First Tracks Bio will reassess this policy as our clinical programs advance and may revise this policy at any time.

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact medinfo@firsttracksbio.com.
